Short 1700 pieces of product and not a HBA pallet nor CVS

We did get some makeup which is worthless on the secondary market and holiday a elmo to sell next season if we make it past this month.

1. The pallet was sold as a CVS pallet it is not a CVS pallet it is a sedell's Pallet. Everything came in with Sedell's retail price stickers on it. Had I knew this little tidbit at the time. I would have instantly passed on buying a pallet.

2. Pallet was sold as having apporx 2500 pieces it does not it has 800

3. Pallet was supposed to be HBA Merchandise it is not we got some really cheap watches, automotive, cleaners, light bulbs, stuffed animals, dollar store socket sets, screwdrivers, allen wrenches, bungee cords, costume jewelry, cheap perfume and some deodorant sticks with makeup sprinkled on top.

Be forewarned as of Jan 20th 2014 these pallets are floating around on the market. They are not CVS and they are not HBA  

4. $8000.00 in retail not the $15,000 they advertised and mind you these items were priced for Massachusetts. A box of cereal in Massachusetts costs $10.00. Many people do not know this, but stores price items differently in other parts of the country. In some parts of Connecticut a 4 pack of soap is $60.00 keep this in mind when buying surplus.  

5. Not all items were new as advertised.there was one box of clearly used junk. 

 This would have made for a nice general merchandise pallet for about $800 wholesale.

 "You cannot send the pallet back, our business rules at Genco do not allow that. Once I get the information from the facility I will be able to better assist you."

This a genco standard reply if you have a problem.  They never hear from the facility.  It's basically there way of telling you to pound sand.  They like to pretend there helping you.

Our sales rep at genco stopped emailing us back. We have since closed our account.
